Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
You email us at support@industrialgyan.com with your payment ID and reason

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@industrialgyan.com with:

Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
Your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with "pay_")
Email address used during purchase
Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

Refund is initiated within 2 business days
Amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/UPI provider)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
The Udemy bonus course coupon has already been redeemed (the Udemy course portion is non-refundable once the coupon is used)

5. Cancellation

Since this is a one-time payment for lifetime access to a digital product, there is no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, access is immediate and permanent.
